Senior Partner · REALTOR
Jonica Gibson.
Thoughtful guidance shaped by personal moving experience, careful project management and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients find the right fit.
A practical perspective on moving
Every move changes the equation.
Jonica moved frequently while growing up, beginning a lifelong interest in real estate. By adulthood, she had experienced home searches as a single person, with roommates, as a married couple and later as a family with children.
Those experiences taught her how carefully buyers must balance budget, space, commuting time, neighborhood amenities and the likelihood that their needs will change. She still enjoys the thrill of finding the right home and helping sellers attract the right buyers.
Before becoming a REALTOR, Jonica spent nearly 20 years as a project manager and team leader with consulting engineering firms in Fairfax, Baltimore and Germantown. That background informs her organized, analytical and collaborative approach to real estate.
Jonica is active in her community and passionate about equitable opportunities in STEM. She lives in Chevy Chase with her family and enjoys running, yoga, music, book club and time at the beach.
