Matt built his business largely through repeat clients and referrals. His approach goes beyond opening doors or putting a home on the market: he immerses himself in each transaction, communicates directly and treats every decision as if it were his own.
In 2020, Matt brought Smart Living Experts to Compass. His long history in the Washington metropolitan area gives clients neighborhood-level perspective across Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Potomac and Northwest Washington.
Matt was raised in Bethesda and now lives in Chevy Chase. His personal connection to the region informs the candid, local guidance he brings to every move.
